Looking back on the past 5 years, the R&D team has achieved multi-angle and multi-level breakthroughs in products through unremitting efforts:

SIL2 level security certification

Since the advent of TIDS, security has always been one of the most important considerations. Finally, on September 1, 2022, TIDS obtained the SIL2 level product safety certification through the assessment of a third-party independent body, realizing the technical requirements of SIL2 level perceived safety products applied to rail transit, and at the same time began to further develop the higher level SIL4 product.

Information security guarantee

According to the SL2 standard requirements of IEC 62443-3-3, TIDS completed the phased work of information security program, construction and evaluation, and finally determined and obtained the information security certificate issued by the authority through the evaluation means of document review, on-site verification and personnel program.

Mass data accumulation

In an era when data is king, TIDS systems operate online continuously for a total of more than 10 million kilometers. Based on the accumulation and analysis of massive data, the product breaks through long tail scenarios such as different line conditions, different train differentiation, and different weather conditions, and achieves full scene high availability, which is also the biggest difficulty faced by the global unmanned driving field.

System functional excellence

Highly reliable obstacle detection and protection

As the basic function of TIDS, obstacle detection and protection has the ability to detect trains, car stalls and other obstacles, among which the longest detection distance of obstacles on straight trains exceeds 240 meters. The relevant indicators have been evaluated for a performance observation period of more than 3 months, and through the sampling test of 420,000 kilometers of data, the false positive rate and false negative rate meet the indicators.

Signal detection and protection

TIDS can rely on positioning to achieve long-distance warning of the signal, as well as close-range red light identification and protection.

High precision train positioning application

Through LiDAR point cloud combined with SLAM localization algorithm, TIDS can realize independent, autonomous and high-precision train positioning, and combined with the train information Integrated display platform (TIDP), the center and vehicle can obtain real-time train location information of the whole line, which is convenient for owners to use in daily operation.
