Sino-Russian Transportation University Alliance aims to implement the national strategy “The Belt and Road” and the “Go global” of high-speed rail, as well as promote the exchange and cooperation between universities of both countries in the traffic field.

As the enterprise representative of rail transit field, Chairman Gao Chunhai of TCT was invited to attend the forum, made a speech and put forward expectations on challenges facing by the global rail transit development, talent cultivation and university-enterprise cooperation:

First, since more and more technical and engineering problems emerged during rapid construction and updating of urban rail transit, universities in both countries were expected to do more researches based on the current demands;

Second, the cultivation of international talents could not meet the requirements of fast industry development, which required the alliance to build a platform for cultivating more international talents in technology, business and management;

Third, it was imperative to strength university-enterprise cooperation by means of the forum. Enterprises and universities should have more cooperation in new infrastructure, 5G, big data and the field significant for future rail transit and carry out more basic and specific researches.
