December 10th and 12th, the sixth Research and Seminar on Shift2Rail Innovation Initiative was held in the multifunctional area of Traffic Control Technology Headquarters Building. The theme of this seminar is discussion on operation management under the mode of public-private partnership. Operation business expert Zhao Xingdong shared relevant content. The main content mainly includes four aspects: an overview of the public-private partnership model, operating costs and transportation planning, Shift2Rail energy analysis, and CoMET&CAMET indicator analysis.

During the interactive communication session, everyone mainly discussed the following issues:

(1)   Is the realization of virtual marshalling technology beneficial to operating enterprises?

(2)   The meaning of ABO.

(3)   The calculation rules of passenger volume.

(4)   The reason for changing the train running time interval by changing the train stop time instead of changing the speed of the train in the section.
