Intelligent Passenger Service System (IPSS)

Background

With the development of urban rail transit and the growth of diverse passenger needs, traditional passenger service systems struggle to meet modern and intelligent requirements. Current significant challenges include high passenger density, complex passenger demographics, and increased management difficulties;as well as limited information interaction means, making it difficult for passengers to receive timely information; andabnormal carriage environments affecting operational safety.

To address these issues, in line with guidelines such as the "Smart Urban Rail Transit Development Outline",efforts are being made to advance the development of a smart passenger service systemand enhance the intelligence of trains. The system strictly follows standards including GB/T 38707-2020 and GB51151-2016, which cover technical specificationsfor operation and public security and protection system, ensuring compliance with industry norms and technical requirements.

Product Features

  • Integrated Control and Data Processing

The system enables unified logic control, data processing, and communications, enhancing the overall intelligence of the train.

  • Diverse Passenger Services

The system provides a variety of services, including train arrival information, network operation details, infrastructure navigation, and information on station surroundings to meet diverse passengerneeds.

  • Carriage Environment Perception and Anomaly Monitoring

The system monitors crowd density, environmental conditions, and passenger and driver anomalies to ensure safe train operation.

  • Immediate Response and Coordinated Handling

In the event of abnormal behavior, the system responds immediately and coordinates with the control center and stations for timely handling, thereby improving emergency response efficiency.

  • Customized Information Display

The system supports remote management, intelligent screen splitting, permission settings, and scheduled tasks, meeting the needs for customized information release.

Application Examples

Beijing Subway Line 6:The system enables monitoring of passenger abnormal behavior, carriage crowding level, and passenger flow during boarding and alighting.

Beijing Subway Line 15:The system enablesidentification and alarm for abnormal behavior of passengers and drivers in the carriage.

Beijing Subway Line 1, Shenzhen Metro Line 7, and Qingdao Metro Line 2: The system supports real-time information broadcasting from the train.
