Along the Jiande section of the Xin'an River, 8 unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) hangars, 1 vertical takeoff and landing fixed-wing UAV, 1 unmanned cleaning boat and its dock have been deployed, covering a river basin length of 41.4 kilometers and a basin area of 1,291.44 square kilometers. Each hangar can conduct more than 5 daily inspections on average. It can report and handle abnormal situations such as floating garbage on the water surface, cyanobacteria, sewage discharge from outfalls, and people in dangerous waters within the river basin, and also provide emergency response services for the water area.
The UAV intelligent inspection system deploys vertical takeoff and landing fixed-wing UAVs, multi-rotor UAVs, and unmanned boats, and is equipped with multi-source sensors to collect data in the Xin'an River Basin. By using real-time positioning, mapping technology, sensor fusion technology, etc., it can achieve precise monitoring and alarming of the water environment in the Jiande section of the Xin'an River.
● UAV and unmanned ship linkage technology: Connect the data interfaces of UAVs and unmanned ships to form a UAV + unmanned ship inspection linkage solution.
● Project and multi-department linkage mechanism: Establish a linkage mechanism for this project with departments such as water affairs, environmental protection, and public security to achieve the push and sharing of inspection data.
● Multi-aircraft integrated flight mechanism: Through the interconnection and interoperability of data with the Zhejiang Flight Service Center, the integrated flight of unmanned and manned aircraft in the airspace over the Xin'an River is achieved.
● Intelligent River Patrol System: Build an intelligent patrol system, provide precise flight services and data support, and enhance the level of water area protection and management.
● Intelligent inspection report generation technology: Develop an intelligent inspection report system to realize the automatic generation of inspection reports by drones.

The project deploys an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) AI inspection and management platform and multiple sets of automatic duty hangars along the Xin'an River channel for daily inspections. With the help of artificial intelligence, it can efficiently identify abnormalities such as cyanobacteria, garbage, sewage discharge, and people in dangerous waters, and then provide feedback, issue alarms, locate the problems, and persuade people in danger to leave, thus achieving real-time monitoring and rapid response. The incident handling time has been shortened to 15 minutes, the inspection efficiency has been increased by 10 times, the management cost can be saved by at least 500,000 yuan per year, and the emergency response capacity has been enhanced.
