(1) Opening time

November 2021

(2) Project overview

The total length of the line is 13.021 km. The whole line is an elevated line. A total of 12 stations are set up, with an average station spacing of 1.151 km. There are 13 four-carriage Type B trains. Two ZC first-level centralized stations and four CI second-level centralized stations are set up along the whole line. There is one Hedong Depot, including one test track, and one control center.

(3) Technical solutions and their advantages and characteristics

Vietnam's Hedong Line: It adopts the CBTC system based on interoperability, marking the first step for the original Chinese urban rail transit signal system standard to go global. This system is a further upgrade based on the CBTC signaling system. It effectively solves the problem of incompatibility between signaling systems of different manufacturers, maximizes resource sharing, can significantly improve the utilization rate of equipment and operational capabilities, effectively reduce construction and operation costs, and enhance the efficiency of passengers' travel.
