Demonstration Line of the Autonomous Signaling CBTC Technology - Beijing Subway Yizhuang Line

(2) Project overview

The demonstration project of the Yizhuang Line is 23.23 kilometers in length. There are 14 stations along the whole line, including 6 underground stations and 8 elevated stations. There is one parking lot and one depot along the whole line. Initially, 23 sets of vehicles are configured.

(3) Technical solutions and advantageous features

Beijing Yizhuang Line: It adopts the CBTC system of LCF - 300, breaking the international monopoly and inaugurating a new era of independent control. This project uses the ATP/ATO system independently developed by the company as the core technology for in - depth integration, and can realize three - level train control functions based on continuous communication, point - type communication and interlocking level.

Technological innovation points:
● High degree of autonomy: Adopt the autonomous CBTC core technology to break the technological monopoly of foreign manufacturers on the signaling system.
● More excellent performance: Utilize the continuous two-way communication between the train and the ground to shorten the train departure interval from more than 2 minutes under the quasi-moving block system to 90 seconds.
● High cost-effectiveness: The cost of the signal control system is 20%-30% lower than that of foreign similar products, and the performance indicators after debugging are not inferior to those of foreign products.
● Great demonstration significance: The demonstration application of autonomous CBTC promotes independent innovation, provides reference for the development of domestic products, and has a good demonstration effect.

(4) Project performance:

The expert group pointed out that the Yizhuang Line is a demonstration project of the subway CBTC system with completely independent intellectual property rights, reaching the international advanced level.
