On October 19, 2023, the "Korea Drucker Day" conference was held in Seoul. The conference, titled "Drucker Thought and His Impact on Management in Asia," was organized by the New Paradigm Institute and Peter Drucker Korea Society, and organized by aSSIST, IPS, Pulmuone LTD. The conference also invited Ms. Cecily, daughter of Professor Peter Drucker, and Mr. Moon Guk-hyun, chairman and CEO of the New Paradigm Institute and other South Korean politicians to attend the meeting. Dr. Virginia, Associate Researcher of Shenzhen University and Dean of Polar Star Management Research Institute, and Mr. Wang Wei, Senior Vice President of TCT, delivered keynote speeches on the theoretical and practical aspects of "Setting Direction Framework" respectively.
